Riva at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is fine dining restaurant offers a five-course tasting menu.
The experience will start with some light bites sent by the Chef followed by a choice of appetizer, selection of a handmade pastas, entrée and dessert. To pair with Riva’s curated menu is a beverage program that features cocktails and a wine list that highlights some of the older vintages from around the world.
