The Pool House
Premier rooftop lounge, embodying the true essence of the southern California lifestyle with its light, contemporary open-air design and indoor/outdoor aesthetic. The rooftop features a signature bar and cocktail experience for poolside guests. Private cabanas, Bermuda chaise lounge chairs, inviting daybeds, transportive tunes, and nautical strips evoke a luxurious California-meets-St. Tropez vibe. The evening setting transforms into an open-air, high-energy space featuring local DJs.
Provisional Kitchen
Three-meal restaurant and marketplace featuring seasonal fare and grab and go offerings, designed in partnership with the team behind Los Angeles’ famed Alchemy Works retail concept. The communal dining space features a Vittoria espresso bar, sky high ceilings, bistro tables and a marketplace set within a greenhouse. The marketplace features a curated collection of retail items including; homeware, ceramics, apothecary items, pantry staples and jewelry.
Nason's Beer Hall
A California coastal establishment featuring local and international beers, global comfort food, and vintage bar games. Its name pays homage to Nason & Co. Farmer’s Market, formerly located in the current location of the beer hall in the early 1900’s.
Fifth & Rose
The hotel bar, Fifth & Rose, is a classic cocktail bar in an elegant, chic, and comfortable room. A classic setting for a fitting drink, it is a place to engage in conversation, enjoy bar fare, and linger over the perfect cocktail. Rich stone stands out amidst a black and white palette with crimson details, while candles and fresh roses accent tables. Fifth & Rose is inspired by a host’s living room: comfortable, always welcoming, a place you never want to leave.
