The King Premium City View Rooms have a surface of 334-376 square feet (31-35 m²). The rooms are marked by their elegant French style décor, with comfortable armchair, antique work desk and two large opening windows. The spacious marble bathrooms all feature a refreshing rainfall shower, separate bath and toilet. The rooms provide a view on a quite square.

King Premium River View

The King Premium River View Rooms have a surface of 334 - 376 square feet (31-35 m²). The rooms are marked by their elegant French style décor, with comfortable armchair, antique work desk and two large opening windows. The spacious marble bathrooms all feature a refreshing rainfall shower, separate bath and toilet. The rooms provide a view on the iconic Amstel river.

Penthouse Suite

The split-level Penthouse Suites feature a staircase that takes you from the intimate living area to the king-sized bedroom. The elegant red-colored décor, with characteristic skylight, adds a romantic touch to the suites. The unique balconies provide you with far-reaching views over either the city or river. The spacious marble bathrooms all feature a refreshing rainfall shower, Anne Semonin amenities, separate bath and toilet. The first level is also laid out with a toilet. The Penthouse Suites each have a surface of 700 square feet (65 m²).

Junior Suite

The spacious Junior Suites, each having a surface of 506 square feet (47m²), include a pleasant seating area to relax or hold a small meeting in. All Junior Suites feature a classic French style interior with two double windows that can be opened, a spacious marble bathroom with rainfall shower, a separate bath and toilet. The spacious lay-out is ideal for an extended stay.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites are characterized by the sliding doors that can be closed to create a comfortable, private lounge and separate sleeping area. They feature an elegant dark-blue décor with sofa and comfortable armchair. These corner suites have four opening windows, providing a look on either the square or the Amstel river. The suites have a surface of 592 square feet (55m²).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite is a stately apartment with a surface of 1248 square feet (116 m²) and a classic French style décor. The suite has an elegant entrance, a spacious, comfortably furnished living room, a dining room with seating for eight, a luxurious, leather inset desk, a bedroom with a four-poster bed, a changing room, an opulently laid out bathroom with gilt faucets and ornamentation, a separate bath and a rainfall shower. The Royal Suite has bulletproof glass and windows that look out on two sides over the River Amstel and at the front over the square. The living room also provides access to the French balcony located on the waterside. The resplendent Royal Suite's elegant atmosphere encompasses everything which makes the Amstel Hotel unique. The Royal Suite can be connected to an Executive King Room to add 1 extra bedroom and bathroom increases floorspace with 380 square feet.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite actually consists of three connecting suites that each have their own atmosphere and yet complement each other perfectly. The suites feature a unique, rich cream, royal blue and golden décor with historical details and artwork that pays tribute to the former presidents and other valued guests who have stayed here over the years. Enjoy the full experience by connecting the suites, laid out with two sleeping areas, living room with dining table and seating area, and three bathrooms all featuring a refreshing rainfall shower, separate bath and toilet. The total surface of the Presidential Suite is 1465 square feet (137 m²). The Presidential Twin Room, Presidential Junior Suite, Presidential Business Suite can also be booked separately.

Champagne Suite by Dom Perignon

In co-creation with the famous champagne house Dom Pérignon, InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam launched the first ever Champagne Suite by Dom Pérignon. In close cooperation with the Rijksmuseum, Fendi Furniture and famous Dutch creators like Piet Hein Eek and Erwin Olaf an exclusive suite with a unique experience was created.

The commodious suite includes an elegant entrée, large study, bedroom with a spacious closet, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, separate baths and a large living room. The living room accommodates a dining table up to six people, a comfortable couch and private bar. The suite is elegantly styled with champagne and black colors. The large windows overlook the beautiful Amstel river. The surface of the Dom Pérignon suite is 1097 square feet (102 m²).

Rembrandt Suite

Be inspired and make your stay in Amsterdam memorable. In cooperation with the Rembrandt House Museum. To this day, we still remember this artist daily and are related with him by the statue in front of the hotel. The moment you enter the suite you will imagine yourself living the life of Rembrandt van Rijn. Admire the giclées from etchings and drawings and learn about the painter from the Rembrandt books in the room.

The suite is spacious with a surface of 55m² and you will enjoy the beautiful view that inspired Rembrandt. The Rembrandt Suite overlooks 'De Omval', an area that Rembrandt visited very often and which he drew several times. The sliding doors can be closed to create a comfortable, private lounge and a separate sleeping area. The marble bathroom features exclusive Rembrandt wallpaper and has a refreshing rainfall shower, a separate bath and toilet.
