La Vie
REFINED. CRAFTED. DISTINCT.
La Vie, which means “the life” in French, welcomes guests to enjoy an extraordinary dining experience led by Restaurant General Manager Dusty Grable. Executive Chef Shaymus Alwin helms the kitchen and presents a refined, modern approach to French cuisine with a thoughtfully-crafted menu degustation and a la carte selections using fresh local ingredients. Three- and five-course menu selections are both creative in taste and presentation.
La Vie's beverage program emphasizes French wine pairings by the glass and the finest bottles from new and old-world vineyards. Cocktails incorporate French spirits, storytelling and a bit of history for delightful experiences while a selection of both local and imported craft beers will also be available. Non-alcoholic pairing options with the tasting menu contribute to La Vie’s inclusive approach to service and add that extra level of consideration discerning guests come to expect.
