The bar and lounge offer a perfectly calibrated atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. An open space area features an impressive bottle display as its focal point, boasting 2,500 bottles from around the world, complemented by a raw seafood glass counter that showcases delicacies from the Chesapeake Bay and other local providers. Deep green, lacquered walls are juxtaposed with French Versailles parquet floors and silk draperies to create a sophisticated and intimate environment. CUT Bar and Lounge offer a robust selection of libations and an abbreviated yet elevated food and beverage menu. The bar and lounge also have access to main dining room menus if desired.

CUT D.C. by Wolfgang Puck

The most sought-after dining venue in the city, CUT by Wolfgang Puck offers sophisticated and modern design, refined service and a unique take on Wolfgang Puck's famed CUT concept through a highly evolved vegetable and seafood centric menu. Designed by prolific French architect, interior designer and landscape artist Jacques Garcia, the venue combines essential elements of American architecture with those of European interiors to produce a refined yet relaxed setting that invites guests to return time and time again. Both the menu and design draw inspiration from the surrounding Georgetown neighborhood and reflect the unique spirit and sensibility of the Washington metropolitan area. An intimate 14-seat private dining space is also available for special events, meetings, and celebrations. CUT D.C. features two stunning bars: one guests find upon entering the hotel lobby, while the other sits atop the hotel on a magnificent deck overlooking the city. Both serve custom artisan cocktails, wine, beer and an extensive food menu.

Set against the capital city's iconic skyline, the hotel's rooftop bar and lounge CUT Above is the ideal destination for al fresco entertaining for both hotel guests and to the public. Outfitted with plush and modern lounge furniture, the rooftop oasis offers an abbreviated menu of elevated bar fare and refreshing cocktails. CUT Above is open 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily weather permitting, and seating is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. CUT Above can be reserved for private gatherings for 10 to 100 guests.
