Rudi's Seagrill

When the food arrives at the table it’s smiles all around, especially on a Carnival cruise! But can you remember a time when your plate beamed one back? That just isn’t how it works except at Rudi’s Seagrill. This new fine dining restaurant, exclusively aboard Mardi Gras, was dreamed up to serve delectable seafood classics that keep more than just an eye on the presentation more like a whole face.

Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse

Haute cuisine meets atmosphere at Fahrenheit 555, a dining experience that stands toe-to-toe with some of the best steakhouses on land. Except this one’s at sea - aboard Mardi Gras.

Guy's Pig and Anchor Smokehouse

The smoke’s the point at Guy’s new joint. With choices like brisket, sausage, baby back ribs, salmon and dry-rubbed chicken, a pros wake up early to smoke the meat right there over hickory and apple wood, all before serving up these favorites at your table complete with classic sides. Remember, you’re in Guy Fieri’s house Carnival Horizon is home to the world’s first Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse, so wethey do things Guy’s way. After all, he’s a BBQ Hall of Famer!

Street Eats

Some of the world’s favorite flavors aren’t found in restaurants but served up on the street in trucks, stalls, and carts where the presentation takes a backseat to flavor, convenience, and quality. After all, when you’re just feet from the chef, you can tell they’re cooking to impress! Street Eats is Carnival’s tribute to this food phenomenon, debuting aboard Mardi Gras with an ever-changing series of grab-and-go dishes. This open-air spot features three stations one that specializes in steamed stuff like bao buns and siu mai, one that puts the “skill” in skillet with the likes of kebab and satay, and oh yes the station that fries up favorites like empanadas and falafel. Aboard Mardi Gras you may be far from the street, but flavor’s right around the corner.

Jiji Asian Kitchen

A modern restaurant inspired by a millennia-old society, JiJi Asian Kitchen on Mardi Gras serves up enticing dishes in an eclectic space that brings not just good food but also good fortune to the table.

Big Chicken

The CFO wanted to build a new chicken restaurant and it has all a little confused. Then it's found out they meant Shaq, the Chief Fun Officer. The big guy brings his poultry know-how and good taste to the seas with Big Chicken, debuting in 2020 aboard Carnival Radiance and Mardi Gras

Bonsai Teppanyaki

It’s a meal, a performance, and it’s definitely unforgettable. The Bonsai Teppanyaki experience is set to delight guests aboard Mardi Gras. Take a little time out of vacation to sit down to a selection of tempting appetizers, before your chef prepares the main course featuring selections of meats, tofu, fish, shrimp or lobster right at your table.

Emeril's Bistro 1396

In 2020 Mardi Gras will set sail with Emeril Lagasse’s first-ever restaurant at sea: Emeril’s Bistro 1396. Everybody knows about Emeril’s love for Creole cuisine. Sharing his hometown favorites with the world is his life’s work and now you’ll enjoy the authentic bayou flavors and fun that New Orleans is known for on your vacation. If you haven’t had the pleasure, It has talked about fried oysters, BBQ shrimp, duck & sausage gumbo, PO-boys, muffuletta sandwiches, fresh ceviche, jambalaya, and more.
